Emma is the Director and Independent Financial Adviser at Porters Financial. She began her career in financial services with Barclays in 1995 before moving to Alliance & Leicester and has been self-employed since 2004. After establishing Rock Financial in 2010, Emma founded Porters Financial in December 2021, continuing her passion for providing trusted, client-focused financial advice.
With extensive experience across Pensions and Investments, Mortgages, Equity Release, Protection, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, Emma offers comprehensive financial planning tailored to each client’s needs. She is a qualified member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and a member of the Equity Release Council, reflecting her commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, knowledge and client care.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys long walks with her dogs, Reg and Betty, travelling to new destinations, and spending time in the garden.
